| Introduction | Upper/lower bleph & ptosis repair on right eye on 9th December 2004. Canthopexy on lower left eyelid on 7th July 2005 and upper left eyelid revision. || Mon 5th Dec 2005 : Y-V Endo brow lift, bilateral upper eyelid reconstruction, upper left eyelash ptosis repair and upper right eyelid ptosis repair.
