For fifteen years, I have helped people honor their souls by healing their bodies. I work with an understanding of how the body is connected to the mind and the spirit. I teach gymnastics, yoga and practice bodywork with emphasis on awareness of bodymind, emotions, and spiritual requests coming through physical circumstances. Connection to the senses though movement and touch are enjoyable for their own sake, and are also therapeutic. I work with trauma and intense circumstances and diagnoses,with a combination of depth and lightness. The goal is harmony in the present moment; a state of being where all of our pieces can be present and integrated and we can remember our strength. This is a state of radiant flow, ever dancing balance, and freedom. |
