Introduction	Are you intimidated by Martha Stewart and Ina Garten? Do you feel inferior when your super crafty friends start talking about their latest projects? If you answered "yes" to either of those questions, you may have come to the right place. I'm an everyday mom who doesn't have supernatural DIY powers but who still wants to reap the benefits of a little DIY in my life. If I were the yodeler on "The Price is Right," I'd be at the bottom of Have-It-Together Mountain. My goal is to share my ideas on a range of topics--from cooking to crafting to organizing--as I find my way closer to the top. So, come along with me on what promises to be a fun, unintimidating journey that will hopefully bring some success and sense of accomplishment along the way. Housekeeping note: Although there could be exceptions, I will be typically be limiting the frequency of my posts to once or twice per week. This is a safeguard to help me keep my household running and my stress level in check. If you're one of the zero people who are disappointed in this, I apologize in advance. : )
