| Introduction | I am Gus. I am a 2.5 year old melting pot mix of German Shepherd, Shar-Pei, Retriever and perhaps a little wolf-boy. I was rescued from a high-kill doggy jail just before Thanksgiving 2009. My Mom and Dad saved me from a very uncertain future, but I also rescued my Mom - so she likes to say - and this is an account of our happy, crazy life together.
