| Introduction | I am a 20 something young (getting old) woman. I have a great new career and a wonderful husband. Underneath I am depressed, anxious and well I have eating issues. More about me later but I will start here. I will add, I am not fat, I am not skinny (although some may say I am). I am a recovering anorexic that got tied into binge eating, night eating and just plain craziness. I have a goal to stop this mess, enjoy life, love and food in a healthy manor, so let the journey begin! |
