Introduction My blog is a tool to modify my behaviour. The way I am going to do this is by looking at Professor Phillip Zimbardo's time perspective as the frame work. Relating to his theory of the optimal time profile. The way I am going to change my behaviour is by habituation. That is the work of Professor Martin Seligman's positive psychology by building and focusing on strengths and address weaknesses if necessary. And this where Shawn Achor, comes in the lens in; reality does not shape us, its our lens that shapes reality in which we see the world. If we can shape our lens we can shape our reality.
