| Interests | Tuan Mochtar grew up in an enviroment that encourages reading. Ever since he could remember there were books in his home-in his room, the living area and especially in their library. He was practically immersed in books - from water-proof baby books to the children's staple, the Enid Blyton series (which he started reading at the age of six) then graduating to the Hardy Boy's series (from ten to twelve). By the time he was a teenager he was introduced (by his mother) to his favourite author, Douglas Adams of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy fame. Soon he was devouring Asimov and Naipaul and his recent idol, Dan Brown. |
