| Introduction | The Missionaries of Jesus (MJ) is an international and multicultural religious missionary community. It was founded in the Philippines on 12 June 2002 by a group of forty-one men called and inspired by the mission and humanity of Jesus, who calls us to “make disciples of all nations” (Mt 28:18). We are sent to frontier situations to witness and proclaim to the nations the presence and the coming of God’s Reign. With deep respect and in a spirit of dialogue, we approach peoples of other cultures, traditions, and faiths. We firmly believe that the inculturation of the gospel is a mutual enrichment and critical interaction between faith and culture. |
