| Favorite music | I'm not much of auditory learner, so my ability to appreciate music is limited. But I've recently become more open-minded and like a lot of music that I was always exposed to and disliked. For as long as I can remember, I've always been into trance and techno. I like rap for the beat, and now I like music for the background and musical instruments used. I like rock for the rhythm of the lyrics. It has a pattern that appeals to me. I'm starting to get into updated classics such as opera that has an intense upbeat to it. Classical music bores me, but a concept like Bond interests me. I can't explain it, but I've always liked trance b/c even if you're not paying attention, you can hear it. It's a state of mind I go into. Music that you can work out to erratically is my kind of music. |
| Favorite books | Quite honestly, I read a lot, but I've never found anything that's truly touched me. Everyone seems to have that one book that totally moved them. I'm looking for mine. |
Sponges and tongues are frequently misspelled. Is it because both are thirsty?
I doubt it. Sponges aren't thirsty and not all tongues are, but I digress. I suspect that people often misspell the words sponges and tongues because many people are ignorant, and, unfortunately, writing has become a neglected practice. On the other hand, logically, considering how the word sponges is spelled, not everyone would assume that the word tongue would be spelled with the letter U.
