| Introduction | A graduate student in UNC-Chapel Hill's Master of Arts in Teaching program, Ms. Disher has done fieldwork and volunteer teaching in Windhoek, Namibia and Berlin, Germany. She got her B.A. with highest honors from UNC in Comparative (World) Literature, German, and English.
