Introduction	Hi im Laura, 23yrs old live in Solihull.Thought i would write this blog to help me and others through the what seems like "a never ending journey" of loosing weight, When i first started wwatchers November 08 i weighed in at 17.4lbs and its slowly comming off.I have set my goal weight as 12.4lbs but that is the top end of the bmi (25)for my height.i want to be a perfect size 12, i have never been a size 12 in my entire adult life.I joined a gym the second week in and im really begining to enjoy it now i go 3 times a week at the moment for 30 mins ish at a time doing high intensity cardio its helps because i then save all my bonus points from exercise for a takeaway on the weekend and one nyt of drinking with the girls!! wwatchers for me is fab im really enjoying it and thoroughly recommend it to anyone trying to loose weight healthily! good luck all we will get there slowly but surely.. "the snail always wins the race!"

Favorite Movies	ohhhh im a right girly girl!soooo Mama Mia, Sex and the City, The Holiday and randomly The Dark Knight (Cristian Bayle! SWOOOOOON) and TOP GUN ( yum yum Tom Cruise)
Favorite Music	girls aloud, pink, kings of lyon, kasier cheifs! v. random i like most things!
