| Introduction | I'm here, filling all my roles, being all the people I am, and attempting to make it all balance. This is my space to untangle the tangles and do a bit of growing, all in the public eye. My hope is that whatever I may put in print is another path to improvement, whatever that may look like. I'm thrilled if someone has some advice or insight to offer. Otherwise I'd just continue to put all of this in the journal beside my bed. But I'm hoping that in sharing my thoughts and sharing my vulnerabilities and shame, I open the door to let a little light shine in. And if someone in need of feeling a little less alone happens to stumble across this, then it's time well typed. Aside from that, I'm an alcoholic, epileptic, married, mother of two, business owner. |
