| Introduction | When my children were little, a friend introduced me to scrapbooking. I was immediately hooked. There have been times when life gets in the way and I find myself too busy to scrapbook. However, now that my children have grown, I find myself going through old pictures reminiscing when they were little. Creating beautiful artwork with pictures of family, vacations and everyday life, tells a story of a time gone by. These are stories that I want to share with my children and grandchildren and what better way of doing that by scrapbooking. Creating cards is something that I have recently started. Think about the joy someone gets when they know that you created a card just for them. Sure it is easy to stop by the store and buy a card, but when you make one, it becomes priceless. This is why I became a Independent Consultant for Close to My Heart. I also have been teaching dance to children and adults for over 35 yrs. |
