| Introduction | I am a small practice architectural professional - registered as a technologist - Pr. Arch. Tech - and I love what I do ! I am based in Blouberg Western Cape ( South Africa ) and limit my practice to the area's covered by Blaauwberg planning office and some of the Parow Districts. Local knowledge and personal service is important in my trade. I work with people, to help make their private space their own and special. Renovations and alterations are 75% of my business, although designing a new home for someone is a special privilege. Most of my blog posts are aimed at giving people a better understanding of the technicalities of approval and to keep you up to date with changes in the rules that affect what you can and can't do with your home - I hope it's useful to you.
