| Introduction | Faiye holds a B.S. from Illinois Institute of Technology, as well as a M.S. and Ph.D. from Georgia Institute of Technology. A Lucent Fellow and Motorola Fellow, Faiye has accomplished over 20 publications in her field and received numerous awards for her accomplishments including the National Society of Black Engineers: Golden Torch Awards “Graduate Student of the Year”. Her decision to turn down a tenure-track position at a university propelled her move to Los Angeles. Faiye recently finished producing the feature film SPEED-DATING(www.speed-datingmovie.com) and co-producing MY GIRLFRIEND’S BACK, starring Malik Yoba. Her prior producing accomplishments include the feature LOVE & OTHER 4 LETTER WORDS, which received a ‘Juror's Choice Official Selection for Excellence in Producing, Screenwriting and Acting-Female Lead’ from The Brooklyn Arts Council's 41st International Film. Faiye’s writing credits include co-authoring a book entitled “Unleash the Greatness Within You”. Faiye’s greatest pride, however, as a 3-time nationally awarded speaker, is impacting the lives of over 20,000 high school and college students within the last year. |
