| Introduction | Hi ya'll!! Welcome to my blog spot! I'm Mexican American, 3rd generation, oldest of 5. A little over two years ago, I decided to focus on my health and fitness - really, on me. Since then, I have met some incredible people, built some life-long frienships that feel alot like family, and imrproved my health and overall well being! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor by trade AND a Beachbody Coach! I LOVE MY LIFE! I LOVE MY GOD! My purpose in life is to HELP PEOPLE! Period. I have always felt like people didn't want to share information to help me and so, I found a group who LOVE to share their "secrets" to help me....and I am passing those on to you - along with my own thoughts, ideas and reactions! |
