| Introduction | Sailing for 45yrs, racing 40 yrs, At my age, that's about all I have left, it's great to be 77 and still competitively race w/ sailors 1/2 my age. As an Architect, "Chadsey Architects" had offices in Tulsa & Kansas City. Employed 32, was award several recogitions and was published. Was AIA President in Tulsa. Originated a Rotary Club and served as President 2 terms. Graduated from Okla. State Univ. 1960 after having served 4 yrs. in Marine Corps in Korea ! I have 6 sons, none who took up sailing (I was too hard on them) My Epitaph = Life is not a kourney to the grave with intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well perserved body, but rather a broad reach in, with a drink in my hand, Thoroughly used up, totally worn out and broke, screaming "WHATTA RIDE" |
