Introduction I can be strong willed and outspoken. I can even be a bit hard to handle - but if you can't handle me at my worst then you don't deserve me at my best!!!! I'm a mother to 2 beautiful children (Taylor, Noah), 2 beautiful stepdaughters(Madison, Trinity), and one beautiful growing baby(coming Sept. 2011), and lets not forget a partner and best friend(Eddie aka Daddy) to the best man I could have ever been blessed with! My family is my everything, and life isn't always perfect, but whose is?? It is what you make it, so I try to live each day being as positive as I can! I love my friends, and feel so privileged to have all of them in my life! I love to laugh and make other people laugh, and try to learn from my mistakes and constantly work to improve myself!!!!
Interests Spending time with my amazing family, which consists of 4 of the greatest kids around and a pretty great guy also, if I do say so myself!!!!
Favorite Movies I have a lot of them, but ones I can think of off the top of my head are: Flight of the Navigator, Adventures in Babysitting, Short Circuit, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Because I Said So, Just Like Heaven, Little Black Book, and there are so many more!!!
Favorite Music I absoluteley love Barlow Girl, Third Day, and Casting Crowns. But, anything Christian is all good with me. I also like some Country music.
Favorite Books Well, I loved the Left Behind Series, and I also love anything Karen Kingsbury. Right now, I'm in the middle of the Thomas Kinkade series, and its really good as well. My daughter and I also love the Junie B. Jones series, and right now are reading a series by Nancy Simpson Levene that I read as a little girl, called the Alex Series!!!

Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:

There is this amazing invention that my dad bought us for Christmas one year...it peels the entire skin off the apple and takes the core out, and slices the apple into rings as well...that's the only way I can think of!!!
