| Introduction | I used to dream of someday writing the Great American Novel; now I am content to write short stories about growing up in small town Montana in the 1940's and 1950's and having them published in the old folks' papers! Our goals do tend to change as time goes by! I am growing old, and I don't mind at all confessing that I DO NOT LIKE growing old -- I'd rather grow young only carry with me through the backward years the wisdom that my life lessons have taught me! For example, take good care of yourself physicaly, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually so that you don't grow unpleasantly old-rather you just gain some years! The last thing I'd like you to know about me is that I can tend t get long-winded, just in case you couldn't tell that! |

| Favorite music | Gospel, Soft Rock; semi-classical; anything by Elvis; country-western. ALMOST any music - I love music but can't read music, can't play music, can't sing music - just listen! |
| Favorite books | The Shack, Tuesdays at Morries; Short, short novels; short stories; Books of the Bible; It is hard for me to stay focused AND awake through a long novel. And I do love to read poetry! |
