Unlike a dog, how can a turtle ever be naked?
Naked is only a state of mind. I have a fine covering of fuzz on my body. Do I have to shave it all off to be naked? I don't think a dog can ever be naked either. A Turtle wears some of his skeleton on his outside, maybe he is always technically naked, or maybe he is simply incompatible with the question. Nakedness for all! NoW!
