Introduction	I am a sewing and literature fanatic. If it has anything to do with Victorian literature or costumes, count me in. I really want to document the processes of my sewing projects, so I decided creating a blog about it might force me to keep better records of my techniques. Overall, I am enchanted with all things British and 60s Mod, so don't be surprised when those are recurring themes in my blog! I love the A-line skirts, mini dresses, and go-go boots reminiscent of the era. It was a time of experimentation and pushing the envelope in fashion, and my garments may seem over the top due to these influences. Many of my garments also include a bold palette and symmetry taken from this era. British music and television are other significant sources of my design inspirations, and these elements can be seen in most of my work.
