| Introduction | Basically: My name is Hannah Shin. I'm young in body, but I'm what you call an old soul. I try to believe in the best of people, but I also have trust issues. As far as relationships go, I'm in the best one I've ever had- and even though my baby-boy is thousands of miles away in Iraq, it's definetly worth the wait. I'm a US Marine's girlfriend (OOHRAH!) and I'm definetly loving it. I'm a pretty easy-going person, I like to make fun of my ethnicity- I can crack a mean asian joke...same with "yo mama" jokes. I love playing golf and I absolutely love dance. I'm the kind of girl who'll come into a room dancing and then maybe sing my heart out for you, even though I'll miss a few notes here and there. I've come to believe that no matter who you are, you can always be who you want to be. Growing up wasnt easy for me, sure everyone says that- but believe me, I've dealt with my share of hard times... a few harsher than they should be for a kid. But I'm healthy and I'm alive. I have a passion to help others, especially those who are growing up in the same situations I did. I aspire to become a child psychiatrist and hopefully work part-time in social services- the child welfare department. |
