| Introduction | I am the Gardener in Charge with the National Trust at Trerice Manor, near Newquay. I trained through the National Garden Society, National Trust Careership Scheme. I began working with the National Trust 4 years ago at Trelissick Gardens under the training and supervision of Assistant Head Gardener Tom Clarke and then Head Gardener Barry Champion. |
| Interests | I enjoy growing vegetables and fruit to eat. When I garden, I take most pleasure in encouraging the growth of our native, wild flowers and plants. I enjoy canoeing off the cornish coast on fine sunny days and catching mackerel, mmmm. I can spend hours investigating rockpools and helping to protect our beautiful sea life. I am an active member and volunteer for the Marine Conservation Society. |
