| Introduction | I have wandered the hidden recesses of the forest since I was a very young boy. Now, as an adult, I can never get enough of the forest. I have been an outdoor educator for well over thirty years. During that time, I have seen many forested areas become subdivisions and parking lots. At my core, I am a wilderness ambassador, trying my best to show people that the wild places are not to be feared. They are places of solace. I have published a book which will take the reader on a mystery laden trail and leave them (hopefully) wanting to put on their hiking boots. |
