| Introduction | I am a 40 something woman who turned in my wandering ways and settled in Virginia in 1999. My community and international nutrition education is the basis of my holistic approach to life. This is largely attributable to my California roots. Bipolar & More is an irregular chronicle of the continuous struggle to find joy in my life while managing a chemical imbalance. It is also temporary home for my Virginia's Living Ghosts Project and state lobbying. Kitty's Kitchen is a collection of family recipes that I will eventually pass to my daughter. I welcome you to travel with me as I journey (and eat) towards peace of mind. |
