Introduction As long as I can remember I've loved to cook. From cooking along side my Nonna, to helping my mom in the kitchen (she would call from work and have me start dinner for her) my love of creating great things to eat has always been a part of me. My first job was working in our family's restaurant, Sibley Gardens. There I learned so much, but mostly that cooking is not a mystery. It's great recipes, mostly very simple, that can be made over and over again with the same results. From there I learned to memorize what I was cooking, creating an internal database that was always there for me to reach into. Follow along as I share my recipes and discoveries with the food I prepare. These days I am an independent consultant with Epicure, a line of dry seasonings and spice blends that make cooking even easier. Some recipes will have Epicure in them, and some will not. Enjoy.
