Introduction | Dale Potter-Clark is a retired nurse and hospice executive director who currently spends her days (and sometimes nights) doing genealogical and historical research. She writes articles for local newspapers, Discover Maine Magazine and has authored several books and monographs pertaining to Readfield’s history. Her blogs and websites also include extensive information about early Readfield and its people. She is a founding member of Readfield Historical Society and currently sits on their board of directors. Dale is a born ‘Maineah’ who has loved Maine history for as long as she can remember. Her family has lived in Readfield for 10 consecutive generations. |
