| Introduction | I am a middle aged man with a life long rock and roll obsession. I grew up in the eighties when hair bands reigned supreme and I still have a great affection for the music of that era. Speaking of the eighties the title of this blog was taken from a track off the very first Def Leppard album. I enjoy writing and chatting with new folks from all over. I always had a love/passion for music and it does extend beyond rock and roll and beyond the eighties. At times I will reflect on other genres, but for the most it's just straight up in your face rock and roll! A couple electric guitars, a bass, a set of drums and a half decent singer will always be my favorite! I am a family man now and I work in the field of education. In my “spare time” I still enjoy experiencing new music, sports and taking in the occasional movie . I hope you enjoy my blog and come back often. Cheers! |
