| Introduction | I recently arrived in Tallahassee after 9 years in Hawaii. During my time in Hawaii, I completed my BA and MA at UH. Currently, I am working on my PhD at FSU. While I was in Hawaii, I started running more for the mental health aspects than for the competition and quickly discovered that running regularly clarified (improved?) my thinking, my thoughts. |
