| Introduction | I love flavour! I hail from KZN. As a child I made a mess in the kitchen on a regular basis- fudge, marshmallows, peanut brittle…( sorry Lena!). Later I attended many cooking courses in Durban. Recently Betty & my son Benjamin have re-inspired me in the kitchen and I am grateful for that. We have gathered and continue to gather wonderful, simple recipes over the years and I shall endeavor to post once a month - including our latest creations! |
