| Introduction | Sri Harpreet Singh was born on 18th July, 1962. He did his Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Mumbai in 1983 and Business Management from IIM, Kolkata in 1985. He worked for six years in private sector, first with a multinational company and then with the Tata group. He joined the Indian Administrative Service in the year 1991. During his elaborate career, as an All India Service Officer, he has served many departments at various levels and held important and responsible positions. Shri Harpreet Singh served Dr. MCR HRD Institute of Telangana since 15th March 2019. He assumed charge of Director General of the aforementioned Institute on 2nd November 2020. After glorious service in Government, he retired on 31st July, 2022. On 26th January,1950, people in India made transition from being praja to being a citizen. Harpreet Singh believes in taking energetic steps to enhance the value of being a citizen of India. |
