Introduction	I am not much of a cook. My repertoire of cooking is limited to the seasoning mixes, convient and simple recipe which we are taught in secondary school. I can make a decent meal with the seasoning mixes, but choices are limited. I have no incentive to expand my culinary skills in that direction.
