Introduction	I always have to keep my hands busy. I even knit on the bus. I have a rascally cat that likes to sleep in my empty planter pots and a husband that likes to cook as much as I do. I like projects that are easy to understand and quick to make. I usually don't follow patterns and I hate ironing. I am from a rural area where I learned how to cook, grow and manage a vegetable garden, preserve pickles and jams and to sew. I plan on doing all of this in the city.
