Introduction	We are a group of human rights activists. We dont take fund etc from any source and do it on our own. Founder editor of a Hindi- English bilingual newsmagazine titled Manavadhikar. Arun Kumar, an eminent activist journalist of India is based at Patna. He is member of the Press Council Of India (XIth Term). He had served as Vice President of the Peoples' Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL), Bihar State Unit for more than a decade. PUCL is a reputed human rights body founded by Loknayak Jaiprakash Narayan. We are a group of grass root activists who believe in real action and not arm chair human rights activism and not only verbal sympathy - seminar and all that.
