Introduction Erica Sackin started cooking as a young child, around the time she realized that unless she learned how to do it herself, her parents' version of burnt steak and lumpy mac and cheese was all she’d ever have to eat in the world. Since then she has amassed as many recipes as she could lay her hands on. She is vaguely ‘pescatarian’ meaning she’s mainly vegetarian, but eats fish, and if you get her on a desperate day, she might even have a bite of steak.
