| Introduction | Welcome. If you are here, you are probably a bored friend of mine and thus are not in need of extensive introduction. So here're some things you might not know: when I was in primary school I read every book in the "Goosebumps" and "Spooksville" series, and always hoped that Adam would hook up with the girl in the latter. And I thought Watch was awesome. Pretty much every one of my weekend mornings from 1996-1998 began by robustly singing along to the Lion King soundtrack, and yes, there may also have been some interpretive dance. My favourite pub in the world is the Labour in Vain, but with the exception of this bar, the Fitzroy Library, Madame SouSou's and a few bars and eateries North of Johnson, I think Fitzroy is a hole. Mostly because it's full of people who think civilization ends at its borders. My favourite movie is Casablanca, but not so much because I understand its artistic merits as I just love the scene in Ricks when they all start singing Le Marseilles to spite the Nazis. |
