| Introduction | I'm passionate about children and adults with developmental disabilites getting what they need when they need it. I love children but I like mine the best. I am LDS, and yes, I believe in Jesus for those who don't know anything about the LDS faith--my Savior lives--Christ is my hero! I have my Masters in Curriculum Instruction and Design and I graduated with the highest GPA I ever had in my whole entire life (yes, it was over 3.5 but I'd have to look it up to give you an exact GPA). I'd like to get back into fitness but somehow it's not happening. |
| Interests | There isn't enough room on this page to include everything...so here are a few things: music-choir, flute, piano, concerts, raquetball, friends, family, church, learning new things, sewing, movies, real estate, I absolutely LOVE to travel, love to try new kinds of food--but I do draw the line with insects, blood sasage and blood drinks, I don't like sea weed, mangos, papaya, dill pickles, green olives and grape juice. |
| Favorite movies | Huge list...THE ULIMATE GIFT--this is my all time favorite, WHAT ABOUT BOB? and LARGER THAN LIFE--both have Bill Murray in them, PRINCES BRIDE, CHARLIE, all the movies based on the books by JANE AUSTIN, LOVE COMES SOFTLY series, and anything else that is uplifting, inspiring, and not rated above PG--which some think that is too goody-goody but that's the way it is for me. | Favorite music | I like anything that is inspirational, uplifting, fun and music that one can dance to. Therefore let me rule out what I don't like. I don't like music with nasty lyrics, swearing, too sugestive sexual lyrics, acid rock, most Heavy Metal, Hip Hop and anything else that gives me a head-ache. |
| Favorite books | I know this sounds cheesey to my LDS friends and family, but I love the Book of Mormon, The Work and the Glory--what I've read of it, books that make myself better (some like to call them "self help books")children's literature, The Greatest Quest, Adventure books, Historical Fiction, informational books--like science books, most anything with a great story line. |
Which is easier to make a model airplane out of and why: a banana peel or a wet sock?
A banana peel--at least when the banana peel is dried out, it will still keep its shape where as the sock (unless starch is added) will not hold it's shape.
