| Introduction | He was born in Konitsa, a remote and wild mountain area. In 1988, he was professionally engaged with photography. Ten years later, he directed his first documentary film, attracted by the directness of the moving image. Since then, he’s trying to transmit nature’s minimalism and harmony to the viewers. He’s passionate with planting oak trees. Γεννήθηκε το 1967 στην περιοχή της Κόνιτσας, έναν τόπο απομονωμένο, άγριο και ορεινό. Το 1988 άρχισε την επαγγελματική του ενασχόληση με τη φωτογραφία. Δέκα χρόνια μετά, σκηνοθέτησε το πρώτο του ντοκιμαντέρ επιλέγοντας έτσι την αμεσότητα της κινούμενης εικόνας. Έκτοτε προσπαθεί με τις ταινίες του να μεταφέρει τη λιτότητα και την αρμονία της φύσης στο θεατή. Πάθος του, να φυτεύει βελανιδιές.
