Babbitt grew up in the Churchland suburb of Portsmouth, Virginia, where he delivered newspapers and mowed lawns! He has a Business Marketing Degree from Old Dominion University. Rich and his wife Kathy live in Midlothian, Virginia, and have 3 adult children, Matt, Kristin, and Todd. |
