| Introduction | Welcome to my resurrected blog from 2017! I started blogging because after a series of catastrophic romantic events I realized that I was ensnared in a loop of fantasy-driven pursuits of love. One such event happened in the course of a single calendar year when I married and divorced someone who I truly loved but was stuck in a toxic pattern with. Then, I spiraled through 3 more relationships in quick succession before admitting that I’m a love addict. I have been on a non-linear journey in love addiction recovery since 2017. This blog serves as a creative expression for me and is my offer to the world. Perhaps my stories will be resonant for someone who struggles with similar feelings. Ya never know! Lil’ more about me: I was raised in the cornfields of Minnesota in the 80's and 90's before moving on to city life in St. Paul, Boston, and Phoenix (where I now live). I am drawn to romping around the outdoors and prancing around the indoors in equal measure. My pronouns are she/her and my sexual orientation has yet to reveal itself in earnest. I love who I love. I have a dog named Josie and I’m very precious to her. |
