Introduction	Born in Texas to East Tennessee Parents I was moved back to Tennessee for my formative years, only to be ushered on to Atlanta when I was 3.I graduated from Forest Park High School in 1979, and ranked 187th in a class of 762. I attended Clayton Junior College and worked for a local discount store. Just short of earning my associates degree I decided I knew enough and went to work full time.My professional career has been varied and fulfilling.I have managed full service pet shops, printing facilities and even owned pet shops. Most recently I have been employed by AT&T as a technician and trained in desktop support. I have always been active in my local church and have and been music director and deacon for a time. I am an active artist, using both chalk pastels and acrylic paint as my mediums of preference. I also keep a greenhouse with a variety of tropical plants, but orchids are my passion. I have a large garden that is also a source of pleasure in my spare time. I grow both ornamental and edible plants, and do my best to create a comfortable environment for the native wildlife.
