| Introduction | My name is Hans N. Jaegerstatter. I had the misfortune to be a housemate of Raphael Holoman-Franklin in 2008, in Cambridge. Rafe was arrogant and pompous, (not crimes in themselves) but it was clear to us that he fabricated details and "facts" about his life, and his stories didn't "mesh". Holoman-Franklin left our place and arranged to rent an apartment in our building. Before moving in, he "decided to sublet", pocketed the money, and scammed our landlord and prospective new tenants out of thousands of dollars. He fled, moved to another house in our city, and did the same thing to THAT owner. After posting warnings about him on the internet, we have been contacted by numerous victims scammed by him in the same manner, some now living outside the U.S. I created this blog as a service to those who may be "befriended" by this twisted, lying, remorseless con-man. Whatever the adjectives, (and there are a few I'd like to use here but won't) at LEAST a dozen past victims are out there. The existence of this blog (we've happily learned) has been effective in depriving Holoman-Franklin of several new ones. |
