Introduction Currently I am a Management and Organizational Development consultant and Executive Coach. I began my own firm in 1992. Model Railroading began with my first Lionel train set at 2 years old. My interest in ACW started with my grandfather telling me stories, when I was 7, about meeting CW veterans when he was in school. "All of whom were missing at least one body part", he would say. A visit to Gettysburg, at 10, ignited a very strong interest in the CW. Dioramas were the next step and '91 re-enacting as the ultimate experience. Did someone say reincarnation? The Lionel's were traded for the Mantua/Tyco General train set. In college my undergrad thesis was the cavalry battle near Gettysburg which included a 345 figure diorama using Airfix figures and Donald Featherstone's modeling techniques. Fast forward to 1999... I bought my home primarily because it had a large attic to fulfill the layout dream. It also happened to be built in 1896, and of course my wife also felt good about the house. This is my first layout. I had the good fortune to have been published in Railroad Model Craftsman, Oct'09.
