Introduction | My name is Stephani.
I live downtown with my dog, Jim. I used to be a bartender. I am now a wholesaler in Tampa, FL. I specialize in flipping REOs (bank owned properties) to other investors. I jumped into wholesaling, full time, on Jan 1st of 2007 without knowing what the hell I was doing. This was a bad idea. I managed to make it through that first year somehow, but it was a nightmare. I closed 19 deals in 2008, and plan on kicking some serious ass in 2009. I joined Steve Cook's coaching program in January of 2008, and owe much of my success to him and his teachings. I started writing this blog at the very beginning of my wholesaling career, so if you'd like to get an idea of what it's really like to start this business from scratch (it varies, slightly, from the happy horseshit the gurus speak of), then go ahead and read through the archives from the beginning, and feel free to post questions in the comments section if you have any. Happy Wholesaling! |
