| Introduction | I am many things...I'm a daughter to two very loving devoted parents, a mother to a beautiful daughter, a life partner to one amazing man, a sister to two wondeful caring brothers and a beautiful remarkable sister, and a friend to some amazing people out there...I feel very lucky to be so well surrounded! I have a great job that gives me lots of time off to do the things I love, especially time to enjoy with my family and friends. And of course time to try new and exciting vegetarian recipes! |
| Interests | I have come a long way since my twenties, hopefully so...lol. One thing for sure is that I am a little wiser in regards to many things but also to my body, my mind and our beautiful planet. I love to cook and that seems to be a big thing in our family, we all love to cook. Half of us are vegetarian and vegan and the other meat eaters in the family do not understand why we are. But its all in fun and we all eat at the same table every so often and have a variety of foods on the table to enjoy and its great! So besides time with family and cooking, I love to spend time outdoors either hiking, walking on the beach and playing some golf. But most of all I love camping especially now that we bought a trailer. The places to explore are endless and I am so excited about exploring it. |
