Introduction James Edmondson is a senior member of the technical staff at Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute. Mr. Edmondson received his B.S. in Computer Science from Middle Tennessee State University in 2007 and M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University in 2010 and 2012, respectively. He has been a member of the ACM since 2008 and IEEE since 2010. He focuses on the development of distributed, real-time and embedded systems and has worked on various projects in both industry and academia. He brings a decade of experience in developing and testing infrastructures to open source projects like MADARA and the KATS testing system (available online at http://madara.googlecode.com).
