| Introduction | Deborah Soule murdered my two year old son Nicholas Miller on January 14, 1995, by viciously beating him during the night. Then she watched him suffer for hours with internal injuries and never took him to receive medical treatment. Deborah Soule will have her next parole hearing in September of 2021. My petition on change.org requesting that the NYS Board of Parole deny her parole has received thousands of signatures against her release. Thank you all for your support. |
