Introduction | Hi, I'm Jeanette, partner in Same As It Never Was and Mother to MaLinda. I am a 76 year old Receptionist at a local funeral home (I know) and starting this new endeavor with my daughter. I bring a life time of experience in antiques and collectibles with me and am an avid collector of antiques and vintage furnishings. I also have somewhat of an expertise in Depression Glass and other collectible items from that era. Hi, I'm MaLinda. I with my husband of 31 years have been the owners of Breeze Hill Farm since 1994, in history rich Powhatan county, Virginia. This is where I spend my time raising sheep and dairy goats and work as a Fiber Artist. To learn more about Breeze Hill Farm click on the link below. I started Same As It Never Was as a joint effort with my Mother Jeanette. What she and I have done is combined her life long love of antiques and my interest in all things vintage. Our hope is to make the Blog a fun place to come to see things that you've never seen, haven't seen in a very long time, read stories that are memories from the past and possibly find a one of a kind treasure. |
