Introduction I am a graduate of the doctoral program in the <a href="http://www.soe.vt.edu/idt/">Instructional Design and Technology</a> program at <a href="http://www.vt.edu/">Virginia Tech</a>. Currently, I am a Consultant and for a few years I worked for rSmart, and before that I was the &quot;Online Learning &amp; Collaboration Services Manager; Training &amp; Documentation&quot; for <a href="http://www.lt.vt.edu/">VT Learning Technologies</a>.
