He co-founded the Aksyon Bayan Kontra Disaster, Inc (ABKD) and was the Alternate Sectoral Representative and National Capital Region (NCR) Representative of the Victims of Disasters & Calamities (VDC) Sector, National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) -- a policy-making and coordinating body for disaster risk and poverty reduction under the Office of the President of the Philippines.
